About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee programme in Edinburgh. This full‑time, two‑year pathway offers hands‑on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with the aim of preparing you for a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, including networking with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control tasks, gaining insight into profitability and cost management.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational duties across the retail site.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and share ideas with senior leaders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated motivation to develop a career in retail management.
