About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Graduate Management Training Programme in Glasgow. As a Graduate Management Trainee you will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience and developing the leadership skills required to become a future branch manager.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Assist with financial control tasks, understanding profitability and cost management.
• Participate in operational duties across the branch, including inventory and logistics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and share insights with senior leaders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to learn quickly and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
