About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Graduate Management Training Programme and fast‑track your career in retail operations. As a Graduate Management Trainee you will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience that could lead to a branch manager position within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the network.
• Assist with financial control, profitability analysis and budgeting for branch performance.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operations, including inventory, staffing and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the branch.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in leadership and retail management.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take responsibility from day one.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn finance and operations.
