About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee Programme in High Wycombe and Aylesbury. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience and developing the leadership skills needed to become a future branch manager.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Support sales and marketing activities, building relationships with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control tasks, analysing profitability and cost drivers.
• Participate in daily operations, learning store management and team coordination.
• Contribute to project work across departments such as finance, operations and marketing.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong interest in business leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to take responsibility from day one.
