About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Training Programme in Leeds. As a Graduate Management Trainee you will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Assist with financial control tasks, understand profitability drivers and contribute to branch performance.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational duties, ensuring smooth branch running.
• Take ownership of projects that improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in business leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn about finance and operations.
• Motivation to progress to a branch manager role within two years.
