Graduate Management Trainee – Luton/Stevenage/Leighton Buzzard

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee programme across Luton, Stevenage and Leighton Buzzard. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in retail operations, customer service, sales, marketing, finance and more.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the branch network.
• Assist with financial control, profit monitoring and operational budgeting.
• Participate in day‑to‑day store management tasks, including inventory, staffing and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Contribute ideas to improve service quality, efficiency and overall branch performance.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for leadership and customer‑focused environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic numeracy and data handling.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
