About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme across Omagh, Derry and Londonderry. As a graduate you will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience that prepares you for a future branch manager position within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the network.
• Assist with financial control, understand profitability metrics and contribute to branch performance.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operations, including inventory, staffing and service delivery.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong interest in retail and leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn financial and operational concepts.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
