Graduate Management Trainee – Omagh/Derry/Londonderry

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee programme across Omagh, Derry and Londonderry. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while working towards a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with a diverse client base.
• Support sales and marketing activities, including networking with local business partners and promoting services.
• Assist with financial control tasks, monitoring profitability and contributing to budgeting processes.
• Participate in day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
• Engage in continuous learning through classroom sessions, on‑the‑job training and mentorship.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in business leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic financial data.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
