About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee programme in the South West. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while working towards a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Support sales and marketing activities by building relationships with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control tasks, understanding profitability and cost management.
• Participate in day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory and staff coordination.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the branch.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in business performance.
