About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme in its retail operations based in the South West of England. The role gives recent graduates the chance to develop leadership skills across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with the potential to become a branch manager within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local business partners to drive sales.
• Support financial control activities and understand profitability of the branch.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational tasks across the retail site.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
