Graduate Management Trainee – Weston-super-Mare

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is looking for ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee Programme in Weston‑super‑Mare. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance and operations while being prepared for a future branch‑manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Assist with financial control, understand profitability metrics and contribute to branch performance.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational tasks, ensuring smooth branch functioning.
• Engage in continuous learning through classroom sessions, on‑the‑job training and mentorship.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong desire to develop leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Motivated, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Willingness to take responsibility from day one and learn across multiple business functions.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; training will be provided.
