About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Graduate Management Training Programme in Winchester and develop the skills needed to become a future branch manager. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow a professional network.
• Assist with financial control, understand profitability metrics and contribute to branch performance.
• Support day‑to‑day operations, including inventory, staffing and service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions, mentorship programmes and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in leadership and business management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
