Graduate Manager – 2‑Year Hospitality Leadership Programme

About the role

The Klarent Graduate Manager Programme is a two‑year, full‑time pathway designed to develop the next generation of hospitality leaders. Based at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry, you will rotate between two properties across the UK or Ireland, gaining hands‑on experience in hotel operations, commercial functions and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of front‑office and food & beverage operations.
• Support group functions such as revenue management, marketing and HR.
• Assist senior managers on key business projects that drive future growth.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a desire to provide first‑class service.
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the UK or Ireland after the first year.
• Degree (or in‑process) in hotel, leisure or tourism studies by September 2026.
• Right to work in the UK/Ireland for the full programme duration.
