Graduate Manufacturing Engineer (5-Axis CNC)

About the role

This graduate position offers the chance to work as a Manufacturing Engineer on 5‑axis CNC equipment within a fast‑growing company that supplies precision components to aerospace, defence and robotics sectors. Full industry training is provided and you will quickly become a key member of a new factory team.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and program a variety of 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Work on dynamic manufacturing projects for high‑growth sectors.
• Train and mentor junior operatives.
• Collaborate with the team on business strategy and continuous improvement.
• Maintain quality, safety and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Engineering (BEng/MEng) or equivalent.
• Hands‑on CNC experience and a strong interest in manufacturing.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a tight‑knit workshop team.
• Willingness to develop technical expertise and take on progression opportunities.
