Graduate Market Analyst – Pharma

About the role
We are seeking recent life‑science or economics graduates from top‑20 universities to join our fast‑growing consultancy as Graduate Market Analyst – Pharma. Based in High Wycombe, you will support leading pharmaceutical clients with market research, forecasting, pricing and market‑access modelling.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market to deliver high‑quality modelling and analysis.
- Run market research projects to assess product reception and market dynamics.
- Prepare and present model findings and recommendations to clients.
- Support forecasting, pricing and market‑access consultancy services.
- Travel within the UK and overseas as required.
Required profile
- First‑class (1st) or high 2:1 degree in a life‑science subject or economics from a top‑20 university.
- Outstanding A‑level results, ideally including maths and science.
- Strong numeracy and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Flexibility to travel for client work.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet modelling.
- Understanding of statistical concepts.
What we offer
- Starting salary £28,000, rising to £31,000 after six‑month probation.
- Performance‑based bonus scheme.
- 27 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- Company pension contribution matching 5% of salary.
