Graduate Medical Device Sales Representative – Diabetes Products

About the role

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our client’s medical device team, focusing on diabetes products and glucose testing solutions across the West Midlands. You will work directly with primary and secondary care professionals, building relationships and driving product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the client’s presence in new ICB/ICS areas and strengthen existing accounts.
• Identify and develop key opinion leaders to influence product use in primary care.
• Cold‑call and arrange meetings with surgeries, hospitals and pharmacies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of diabetes devices, competitor activity and market trends.
• Forecast sales targets, record activity in the CRM system and ensure targets are met.
• Deliver training sessions for healthcare professionals and patients.
• Represent the company at events and conferences within the assigned territory.

Required profile

• A science or business‑related degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ambitious, target‑driven and self‑motivated.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
