Graduate Pensions Administrator – Entry Level

About the role

This is an entry‑level Pensions Administrator position designed for recent graduates, school or college leavers, or anyone seeking their first professional office role. You will join a supportive team in Amersham and receive full training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Support the administration of client pension accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Process new applications, updates and life‑event changes.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and letter.
• Prepare reports and documentation, ensuring compliance.
• Update databases and verify information accuracy.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues who will mentor your development.

Required profile

• Recent graduate, school or college leaver, or first‑time office professional.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Positive attitude, proactive and reliable.
• Ability to work well within a team.

Required skills

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
