Graduate Planning and Development Officer

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation in North Hampshire as a Graduate Town Planner. You will support major planning applications and coordinate a range of development opportunities while working on‑site four days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and submission of planning applications, including a major development project.
• Maintain accurate and organised planning records and documentation.
• Monitor planning conditions and Section 106 obligations.
• Coordinate information from internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with stakeholder and community engagement activities.
• Provide responses to planning‑related queries.

• Confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
• Aspired to develop a career in planning and development.
