Graduate Programme 2027 – Not‑For‑Profit Audit & Assurance

About the role

This graduate programme places you in Menzies' Audit & Assurance department, focusing on Not‑For‑Profit organisations. You will conduct detailed, risk‑based reviews of financial statements, help improve internal processes, and gain insight into the unique challenges faced by the NFP sector. Responsibilities will expand throughout the programme, with the possibility of supervising junior trainees by the second year.

Required profile

• Collaborative attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges
• Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline
• At least 2 A‑levels (A‑C) plus a third A‑level or equivalent
• 5 GCSEs (A*‑C/9‑4) including Maths and English
• Ability to absorb new information quickly and adapt
• Comfortable working with numbers and strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to explain financial information in an accessible manner
