About the role

Join Menzies’ Graduate Programme 2027 in the Not‑for‑Profit Audit & Assurance team, based in Manchester. You will work on audit engagements for charitable and non‑profit organisations, developing professional and technical expertise over a fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed, risk‑based reviews of financial statements for not‑for‑profit clients.
• Identify and challenge financial operations, recommending improvements to internal processes.
• Gain insights into the specific challenges faced by not‑for‑profit organisations and support their reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to take on new challenges.
• Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• At least two A‑levels (A‑C) plus a third qualification.
• Five GCSEs (A*‑C/9‑4) including Maths and English.
• Ability to absorb new information quickly and adapt.
• Strong numerical aptitude with high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to explain financial information in an accessible manner.
