Graduate Programme – Customer Strategy/Risk Analyst

About the role

Join Together’s Graduate Programme as a Customer Strategy/Risk Analyst and gain a fast‑track introduction to the property finance sector. You will work across First Line Risk and Customer Strategy teams, learning how data and insight drive decisions that balance customer outcomes, commercial performance and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour and transaction data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and refinement of processes, controls and customer experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Participate in graduate and CSR projects that have a measurable impact on the business and community.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong curiosity and desire to develop a long‑term career in finance.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to reviewing information.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
