Graduate Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Project Manager to join a fast‑growing company that designs, manufactures and installs bespoke luxury steel and glass doors. This entry‑level position offers full in‑house training and hands‑on mentoring, allowing you to develop a solid foundation in project management without prior industry experience.

Key responsibilities

• Organise installation teams and coordinate projects from initiation to completion.
• Communicate with clients regarding surveys, installations and timelines.
• Attend project and showroom meetings alongside the team.
• Prepare, adapt and file technical drawings and project documentation.
• Liaise with material suppliers on technical specifications and additional requirements.
• Follow up on client feedback, resolve queries and manage outstanding invoices.
• Support the team in troubleshooting project issues to keep progress on track.

Required profile

• Recent graduate eager to start a career in project management.
• Highly organised, punctual and able to multitask under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused with a keen eye for detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
