About the role

We are seeking 2026 graduates to join Understanding Recruitment as Graduate Recruitment Consultants. In this entry‑level position you will work within our technology and digital recruitment practice, supporting senior consultants and building your own client and candidate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients in the tech sector.
• Source, screen and present candidates for specialist technology roles.
• Assist in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
• Contribute to business development activities and market research.
• Participate in internal training and mentorship programmes.

Required profile

• Graduating in 2026 or recent graduate.
• Motivated, resilient and eager to build a long‑term career in recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confidence interacting with candidates and clients.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or similar environments is a plus.
