Graduate Recruitment Consultant - AI & Tech

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join a fast‑growing technology recruitment agency focused on AI, machine learning and data roles across the UK and US. You will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your own client and candidate portfolio while working towards your earnings targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates for AI and technology vacancies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and client organisations.
• Conduct market mapping and prospect new business opportunities.
• Manage your candidate database and track progress against monthly revenue targets.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise within your specialised tech sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a merit‑based, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to research and analyse market data.
• Proficiency with CRM or candidate management tools (experience with any such system is beneficial).
