About the role

Join a fast‑growing global recruitment agency as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant based in Bristol. You will receive intensive training and support to develop expertise in blockchain, software engineering and IT recruitment, even if you have no prior sector experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates for open vacancies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and client organisations.
• Conduct market mapping and prospect new business opportunities.
• Work towards monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Maintain and update your candidate database.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise within your specialism.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree.
• Ambitious, driven and able to manage time efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
