Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Engineering Division

About the role

Join Get Staff’s fast‑growing Engineering Division as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. Based in our Port Solent office, you will start with a competitive £26,500 basic salary and an uncapped commission structure that can take total earnings to around £40,000 in the first year.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business by prospecting and engaging engineering clients across sectors such as fire & security, HVAC, lift & escalator, and more.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets, contributing to the team’s overall revenue goals.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong drive to succeed in a sales‑focused environment.
• Resilient, tenacious and comfortable working towards and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in telesales, field sales or a customer‑facing role is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM or recruitment software (if mentioned by the employer).
