About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage senior professionals across investment banking markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and client organisations.
• Conduct interviews and market research to assess talent.
• Support business development activities and generate new opportunities.
• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Develop deep expertise in investment banking, sales & trading, credit and structured finance.

Required profile

• Degree‑educated graduate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ambition, commercial awareness and resilience.
• Interest in business or financial markets.
• Sales, customer‑facing or recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.

• No specific technical skills required.
