Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search (St Albans)

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our Executive Search team in St Albans. This full‑time, entry‑level position offers structured training from day one and the chance to work alongside experienced consultants recruiting senior professionals across specialist markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and client organisations.
• Conduct market research and develop talent pipelines in specialist sectors.
• Assist senior consultants in managing client accounts and delivering recruitment solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s revenue growth.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong communication and commercial awareness.
• Motivated, ambitious and eager to develop a career in recruitment or sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
