About the role

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking ambitious graduates to join its brand‑new Exeter office as Recruitment Consultants. This full‑time, sales‑focused position offers a structured training programme and the chance to work across engineering, energy, IT and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between candidate talent and client organisations.
• Source, screen and present candidates to meet client hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.
