Graduate Recruitment Consultant – FinTech & AI

About the role

We are seeking ambitious recent graduates to join our specialist FinTech and AI recruitment team in London. You will work with leading hedge funds, investment banks, AI start‑ups and high‑growth technology firms across Europe, APAC and the US, helping them secure elite talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑calibre candidates across FinTech, AI and broader technology markets.
• Build relationships with quant researchers, traders, software engineers, AI specialists and senior technology professionals.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Conduct candidate interviews, market mapping and negotiate offers.
• Develop expertise in your market segment and grow your own client portfolio.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or equivalent with a strong academic record.
• Excellent communication skills and a competitive, ambitious mindset.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a high‑performance environment.
• Commercial awareness and a desire to build a successful career in recruitment.
