About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with client companies across Engineering and Technology.
• Generate new business through outbound sales activities, cold calling and networking.
• Manage the full 360° recruitment process from business development to candidate placement.
• Source, screen, interview and present candidates to clients.
• Advertise vacancies, headhunt talent and negotiate offers.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
