Graduate Recruitment Consultant – £28k + Commission

About the role

Join Ernest Gordon Recruitment’s fast‑growing team in Bristol as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. This is an entry‑level, full‑time position where you will learn the full 360 recruitment cycle while working with engineering and technology clients across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients in the engineering and technology sectors.
• Generate new business through outbound sales activities, cold calling and networking.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process – from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements.
• Advertise vacancies, head‑hunt talent and conduct candidate interviews.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and contribute to market intelligence.

Required profile

• Ambitious, competitive and motivated to achieve rapid career progression.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, hardworking attitude.
• Interest in engineering or technology sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
