Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Sales Executive

About the role

We are partnering with a leading London‑based business to develop high‑performing graduates into successful sales professionals. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will work in a fast‑paced, consultative environment, helping businesses solve hiring challenges while building your own earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with clients and candidates.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full consultative sales process from introduction to placement.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Work towards individual and team targets in a supportive environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial awareness and genuine interest in business and sales.
• Highly ambitious with a strong work ethic.
• Resilient, proactive and goal‑oriented.
• Competitive mindset demonstrated through academics, sport, societies or work experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous sales experience beneficial but not essential.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary £28,000‑£35,000 plus uncapped commission.
• First‑year OTE of £45,000+; second‑year OTE of £70,000+.
