Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates for open vacancies.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and client organisations.
• Conduct market mapping and hunt for new business opportunities.
• Meet monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Manage and update your candidate database.
• Become a subject‑matter expert in your assigned specialism.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 university degree.
• Ambitious, competitive nature with a willingness to learn.
• Relevant extracurricular achievements, internships, part‑time work or sporting success.
• Exceptional communication skills.
