Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Tech & Finance

About the role

Hunter Bond is seeking recent graduates or early‑career professionals to join our London office as Entry‑Level Recruitment Consultants. Starting in summer/autumn 2026, you will be immersed in a fast‑growing firm that specialises in technology, quantitative finance and digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with leading tech, fintech and finance companies.
• Identify, interview and place exceptional talent in high‑impact roles.
• Develop deep knowledge of fast‑growing markets such as quant trading, cybersecurity, AI and cloud.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Work towards clear targets with mentorship from senior consultants.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional.
• Confident communicator with a natural ability to engage people.
• Highly motivated, competitive and target‑driven.
• Coachable, resilient and eager to develop new skills.
• Interest in technology or finance sectors.
