About the role

Join a fast‑growing technical recruitment agency as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant supporting the USA division. You will receive full training and work within a 360 recruitment model, developing client relationships and managing the end‑to‑end hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive client outreach and networking.
• Interview and assess candidates to match them with client requirements.
• Manage recruitment projects from initial brief to successful placement.
• Maintain a pipeline of talent and provide regular updates to clients.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to achieve sales targets and commission.
