Key responsibilities

• Source and interview high‑quality candidates for education roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with teachers, support staff and schools.
• Write professional candidate profiles and CV summaries.
• Develop business through client outreach and relationship management.
• Negotiate offers, close placements and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with ambition and resilience.
• Competitive mindset developed through sport, sales, hospitality, retail or similar target‑driven environments.
• Motivated by success and eager to progress quickly.

Required skills

• Candidate sourcing and interviewing techniques.
• Business development and sales negotiation.
• Client relationship management.
• Safeguarding, compliance and recruitment legislation knowledge.
• Time management and ability to build a successful recruitment desk.

What we offer

• £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission.
• On‑target earnings of £35,000‑£42,000 in the first year.
