Understanding Recruitment is seeking ambitious graduates to join its St Albans office as a Graduate Researcher in recruitment. You will be part of a structured training programme that equips you with the skills and knowledge to source top tech talent for specialist markets.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with an established client base to identify and attract high‑quality candidates.
• Develop relationships with candidates, manage their journey, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and the Learning & Development team to continuously improve your performance.
• Contribute to business growth by delivering high‑impact recruitment solutions.

Required profile

• Motivated, resilient and eager to build a long‑term career in recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with people.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or similar environments is a plus.
