Graduate Sales Adviser – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Graduate Sales Adviser to join a leading global consumer‑goods organisation on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working in the Hornsey area, you will manage your own territory and partner with independent retailers, supermarkets, petrol stations and regional accounts to drive product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow your geographical territory.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with shop owners and key decision‑makers.
• Advise retailers on product availability, merchandising and category performance.
• Negotiate trading agreements and identify commercial opportunities.
• Deliver against agreed sales and distribution targets.
• Analyse store and market data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Educate retailers and store teams on products, promotions and best practices.
• Plan and execute activities to maximise business performance across the territory.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field sales, account management, business development or retail management.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication and influencing abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness with confident negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to manage a territory independently.
• Comfortable using data and insights to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Full UK driving licence.
