About the role

Join the first cohort of Graduate Sales Development Representatives at This Is Prime Limited. You will prospect senior decision‑makers across the UK and US, qualify leads and book meetings for senior leaders while receiving intensive sales training.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospects via phone, LinkedIn, email and video outreach.
• Engage VPs, Heads of Sales and CEOs to qualify opportunities.
• Book meetings for divisional leaders and manage the sales pipeline in a CRM system.
• Develop a personal brand on LinkedIn and maintain accurate activity records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong ambition to build a sales career.
• Competitive, resilient and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator comfortable speaking with senior executives.
• Money‑motivated and eager to earn uncapped commission.
• Sociable team player who contributes to a positive culture.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting.
