Graduate Sales Executive

About the role

UBT is seeking a recent graduate to join its technical solutions team as a Graduate Sales Executive. This full‑time position offers a structured training programme and a clear pathway to senior commercial roles within a family‑run business that supplies chemical products.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and engage prospects via phone and social media.
• Book qualified meetings with target businesses.
• Learn the technical aspects of UBT’s products and their applications.
• Build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Support customer trials and onboarding activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate, preferably with a science‑related degree (Chemistry, Biology or Materials Science).
• Ambitious, motivated to build a long‑term career in sales.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Resilient, organised and target‑driven.
• Previous outbound calling or sales experience is highly advantageous.
