About the role
Join Ernest Gordon as a Graduate Salesperson in recruitment and receive full training to launch your sales career. Based in Bristol city centre, you will work across engineering, IT, finance and tech sectors, supporting both UK and US markets.
Key responsibilities
- Make 100+ cold calls per day to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow proven recruitment processes to source and place candidates.
- Develop client relationships and manage the sales pipeline.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or entry‑level candidate eager to learn.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and focus.
- Willingness to make a high volume of calls and meet targets.
- Open to continuous development and progression.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary of £28,000 per year.
- Uncapped commission with an OTE of around £50,000 in the first year.
- Clear progression path to senior sales roles.
- Comprehensive training and coaching.
