Graduate Search Consultant / Head‑hunter

About the role

This graduate position offers the chance to start a career in recruitment within a specialist accountancy and finance market. You will work from our South Cerney office, supporting senior consultants and building relationships with top‑tier accounting firms.

Key responsibilities

• Contact UK‑based accounting and finance candidates via outbound calls, email, text and social media.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool of ACA, ACCA and CTA qualified professionals.
• Collaborate with an experienced team of head‑hunters to match candidates with client vacancies.
• Research client organisations and specific job roles to provide accurate market insight.
• Advise candidates on market‑leading opportunities and guide them through the application process.
