Graduate Software Quality Assurance

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Software Quality Assurance professional to join an innovative engineering business in Hampshire. This permanent, hybrid position offers a chance to work alongside software, hardware and firmware engineers, validating cutting‑edge products through both manual and automated testing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Execute manual and automated software tests.
• Create test plans, test cases and validation reports.
• Investigate, document and track software issues.
• Support system integration and validation activities.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Understanding of software testing and system validation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a technical engineering environment.
