About the role

We are looking for an engineering graduate who wants to become a structural engineer. The position provides full training, mentorship from chartered engineers and the chance to work on residential, commercial and public sector projects. You will gain exposure from initial design through to completion, with a clear pathway towards chartership.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of structural engineering projects.
• Carry out structural calculations and produce technical drawings.
• Assist in preparing engineering reports and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on complex design challenges.
• Attend site inspections to develop practical experience across the full project lifecycle.
