Graduate Surveyor

About the role

Our client, a well‑established property consultancy, is looking for an ambitious Graduate Surveyor to join their Pinner office. The role offers a fast‑track path to Chartered Surveyor status, exposure to the thriving Industrial and Open Storage market, and a generous commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day enquiries from potential tenants and purchasers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing expert advice and updates.
• Market properties across platforms, ensuring accurate availability and high‑quality data.
• Produce detailed marketing reports to track interest and disposal progress.
• Proactively contact applicants, match requirements to current stock, and maintain the CRM system.
• Assist in sourcing and acquiring sites, focusing on industrial and open storage sectors.

Required profile

• A degree in Real Estate or a related RICS‑accredited discipline.
• Commitment to passing the APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
• Can‑do attitude suited to a small, busy firm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders from local business owners to corporate directors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
