Graduate Talent Administrator – Hedge Fund

About the role

This graduate position joins a multi‑billion‑dollar hedge fund’s expanding HR team in London. You will support European talent acquisition, primarily handling high‑volume recruitment coordination and scheduling while gaining exposure to process‑improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments and candidate communications across multiple European offices.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy in the applicant tracking system.
• Identify and propose automation solutions using advanced technology and AI tools to streamline recruitment workflows.
• Collaborate with senior HR professionals to address process bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Assist with reporting on recruitment metrics and talent pipeline health.

Required profile

• 2026 graduate (or recent graduate) with a 2:1 or first‑class degree from a high‑ranking university.
• Internship or relevant experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in leveraging technology and AI for process automation.
