Graduate Teaching Assistant – Kensington & Chelsea (Sept Start)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a high‑achieving secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea starting in September. This full‑time, term‑time position offers valuable classroom experience for graduates interested in teaching, educational psychology, or related fields.

Key responsibilities

• Support teaching staff across a range of subjects both inside and outside the classroom.
• Deliver targeted interventions, one‑to‑one and small‑group support for students.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Hold a degree from a recognised university.
• Genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Reside within or be able to commute to Kensington and Chelsea.
