Graduate Teaching Assistant – Psychology Graduate (Full‑time, Sep 2026 start)

About the role
We are seeking recent Psychology graduates to join secondary schools in Kingston as Graduate Teaching Assistants. The role starts in September 2026 and offers hands‑on experience supporting pupils across Key Stages 3‑5 while developing a deeper understanding of learning, behaviour and child development.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to students, including those with SEND.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management and behaviour interventions.
- Help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve academic targets.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of behaviour support strategies.
Required profile
- Degree in Psychology or a closely related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in education, child development and behaviour.
- Proactive, reliable and professional attitude.
