About the role
Boyer, a leading planning and development consultancy, is seeking a Graduate Town Planner to join its Colchester office for the Summer/Autumn 2027 intake. The role forms part of a bespoke Graduate Programme designed to develop future planning professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning teams on a variety of development projects across the UK.
- Assist in preparing planning applications, reports and presentations for clients.
Required profile
- RTPI‑accredited undergraduate or postgraduate degree in town planning or a related discipline.
- Relevant work experience such as placements or internships.
Required skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
